I absolutely love Miley Cyrus. Ever since she had her own Disney show, Hannah Montana, I have been a big fan. Krizel and I were fortunate enough to attend some of her concerts in 2007, 2009 and finally 2014. We wanted five years for her to tour again since her Gypsy Heart tour in 2011 was international. What I love about her is that she has a free spirit, absolutely humble and a great performer and entertainer. Here are some photos from her concerts. Memorial Day Weekend

First sister trip with our expecting baby girl. Great getaway and quality time. It was fun roaming around Los Angeles, since it was one of the few times I’m out there. Got to finally try some famous dessert places and believe it or not, it was my first time trying Porto’s.

Coachtrilla 2013

Come back!

I always find myself leaving and coming back to my blogs.  I can never completely stay or keep up with updating.  But I want to! I like the idea of having a place to express my thoughts and journeys somewhere, virtually. I am a lazy writer, but I love taking pictures. Passion

Clears. Drops. Back court drops. Drives. Clear smash drop. Back hand serves. Over hand serves. “Zazu!” Any possible hit with my Dragon HL racket and a shuttle cock. It took a lot of patience, quick hand eye coordinations, endurance and strength. I miss it all. Badminton. My therapy, my happiness. The court was one of the happiest places on earth. It wouldn’t have been the same without my partner in crime, my doubles partner, Alaina. We were unstoppable. Champs two years in a row. Our names were regularly in the newspaper two times a week. “Beasts.”

Valuables

As I was trying to clean out my hard drive, carelessly moving things to my trash bin… ALL my pictures are gone. I realized AFTER I emptied out my trash bin too. I was and still am devistated. Those pictures are very special to me. Memories that I’d cherish forever. Important, special people in my life captured in a photo. All gone. Luckily I have some saved on my Facebook albums, but there’s so much more missing.

Note to self: Always back up your photos.
Side note: Get an external hard drive!

Sweet Serenity

There are many simple joys that give me that warms up my heart, releasing inner peace within myself.  Simple as a soothing song or even a small note ending with a 🙂 smiley face.  There are many signs in life where God is just talking to you or showing you His love.  His timing is amazing.  Feeling His spirit is so delightful, nothing could ever compare.  Words cannot express how amazing He is!
